Courtney, born January 1995, is described as a very loving and affectionate child. She enjoys playing with her dolls and actually treats them as if they were actual children. Courtney loves to dress up and look cute with matching bows and socks. Courtney says she’d like to be a nurse when she grows up or “have a job where I can help babies”.
Courtney longs for a forever family. She needs a family who can provide persistent positive reinforcement and verbal praise. The adults in her life need to help her learn how to deal with things when they don’t go her way. Courtney’s favorite subject in school is math. She needs a family that can help her academically with all subjects. Courtney has a brother that she would like to be able to continue having contact with once her own adoption is finalized.
